Since 1919, Farm Bureau® (FB) has been working to make the business of agriculture more profitable, and helping its more than 6.3 million member families to make their communities a better place to live. One of many ways that FB helps is by seeking ways to enhance the economic value of membership in FB. One of these exciting benefits of membership comes with a new relationship with America’s largest automaker, General Motors® (GM). If you are a member of a participating state Farm Bureau for at least 60 days, you can enter your information below to print a certificate worth $500 towards the lease or purchase of your next GM vehicle.

Printing is easy; just enter your Membership ID Number and Zip code below. The certificate should appear after you click ‘login’. If you do not proceed to the certificate page, you may not have reached your 60 day membership mark or you need to contact your state for further assistance.
